1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Virtual Fashion ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. AI Generation Services

The Platform uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate images and videos ("Generations") based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

  • Generations are probabilistic and may vary in quality or accuracy.
  • The Platform cannot guarantee that Generations will be free of artifacts or errors.
  • You are responsible for verification of any AI-generated content before professional use.

3. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Credit Usage

Services are purchased using "Credits". Credits are deducted at the time of a successful generation request.

Refund Policy

We employ an automated system to handle failed generations:

  • System Errors: If a generation fails due to a technical error (e.g., server timeout, crash), your credits will be automatically refunded to your balance immediately.
  • User Satisfaction: Completed generations are non-refundable, even if the artistic result does not match your expectations.

⚠️ Safety Violation Policy (Strict)

If a generation fails because it triggered our AI Safety Filters (e.g., NSFW, Hate Speech, Violence),NO REFUND will be issued. The credits are forfeited as a penalty for violating our Content Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Ownership: Subject to full payment of credits, you own all rights, title, and interest in the specific images and videos you generate on the Platform. The Platform assigns strictly all intellectual property rights to you for your specific outputs.

Platform License: You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Generations strictly for the purpose of operating the service, including debugging and improving model performance.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to generate:

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material (NSFW).
  • Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Deceptive or misleading content (e.g., "deepfakes" intended to defraud).

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all remaining credits.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Platform creates no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
