• Usage Data: Application configurations, generated designs, API request logs, and platform interactions necessary for maintaining your active session.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is exclusively used to power the creative tools within Virtual Fashion:

• To fulfill your AI synthesis requests by processing your uploaded data as blueprints.
• To construct your private Generation Gallery and personalized Account Hub.
• To handle billing, process secure payments via Stripe, and honor subscription tiers.
• To improve our models, features, safety protocols, and general user experience.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with essential functional partners:

• AI Partners: Your prompts and active blueprint layers are securely passed to external AI models (like Google Gemini) to perform the generation. They act as sub-processors strictly bound by API agreements.
• Payment Processors: We use Stripe for all billing operations. We do not store or process your underlying credit card numbers directly.
• Hosting Providers: We use secure providers (e.g., Firebase, DigitalOcean) for real-time databases and asset storage.

4. Personal Data Security

We employ modern industry standards (including HTTPS/SSL) to protect your sessions. Private files uploaded directly into the Canvas (local assets) are processed via secure `IndexedDB` stores on your own browser before interacting with the cloud, maintaining local design privacy until you request generation or cloud persistence.

5. User Rights to Data
